1. Fees paid by applicants for the course are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We are committed to providing the best opportunities in any field of education or training in metro India. It is our priority that the transactions between us be transparent. While our internships are available after the applicants have paid the application form for an internship course, they are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Therefore, there is no such thing as a "Return Program".

2. We may require credentials before, during, or after enrollment, for enrollment purposes or otherwise, at our discretion.

3. We are the best platform for every candidate who wants to build their future in the biggest sectors, for a bright future, we provide the best trainer, skilled workers, system and good management. We do this on your asking price, so it's a "Return Program".

4. We also reserve the right to remove volunteers from the organization for disciplinary violations, non-payment of wages, non-attendance or non-compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

5. We may pursue legal proceedings in relation to non-payment of fees by the candidates and/or their guardians/parents including but not limited to the proceedings under the provisions of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

6. Any concern raised by the Guardians/Parents that our staff or somebody at the branch / Centre or customer care did not inform/guide about the said training courses and/or about the terms & conditions properly, shall not be entertained by us. It is also an equal responsibility of the parents / guardians of the aspirants to read the terms & conditions thoroughly to enable them to take independent admission decision before making any payment of the fee for admission. The parents / students are free to ask any question or doubts before the admission process. Please be informed that post admission, this kind of complaint or representation shall not be entertained by us nor can be used as an excuse for refund or additional discount.

7. In case the aspirants is not satisfied with the quality and transmission of the classes, the aspirants shall complain about the same with the management and such problem will be rectified with immediate effect.
